Portland Trailblazers (32-50) fourth in the Northwest Division
Core: It all starts with last year’s Rookie of the Year, Brandon Roy. Add in Greg Oden, and mix in a young PF like LaMarcus Aldridge, and you have a nice looking core for the future.
